We are looking for a Sales Representative at Lantmännen Lantbruk
We are looking for a positive, driven, and creative sales representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to develop long-term customer relationships with us at Lantmännen Lantbruk. This is what you will do
As a sales representative within the feed unit, you will have a central and significant role in our operations. Your main responsibility will be to sell beef feed to both new and existing customers, with a clear focus on developing the business through your own drive, industry knowledge, and close collaboration with colleagues and customers. You will actively work to build long-term and strong customer relationships that contribute to profitability and sustainable development on the farm.
Your role includes identifying customer needs and presenting our products and services in a businesslike and profitable manner. Sales occur through customer visits, by phone, and through our e-commerce platform LM2. As part of the beef feed team, you will participate in developing and following up action plans, setting goals, and conducting regular follow-ups.
You will work independently with significant personal responsibility and plan your time effectively to achieve both your own, the team's, the department's, and the company's goals. The position is located in Örebro, Nyköping, or Enköping, and you will report to the Sales Manager for Beef Feed. The role involves some travel.
What you need to succeed and thrive
You have:
- A strong personal drive and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine interest in agriculture and animal production.
- A post-secondary agricultural education or equivalent experience from the industry.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
- A valid B driver's license.
You are:
- Outgoing and relationship-building, enjoying a role where you work with many different contacts.
- Proactive and goal-oriented, driving your work forward independently.
- Structured and confident in making your own decisions, even in a day with many parallel tasks.
Preferred qualifications:
- Practical experience on a farm with cattle or sheep production.
- Previous experience in B2B, B2C, and field sales.
